* Mailbox storage figures (used MB, quota MB, % full, item count) come from Microsoft Graph's getMailboxUsageDetail Reports API. To enable, your Microsoft 365 admin needs two one-time settings: (1) grant the Reports.Read.All Application permission to the Pashdi IT support app in Azure portal, and (2) disable username concealment in Microsoft 365 admin center → Settings → Org settings → Reports. See setup guide for the click-by-click. Without these, the bot still confirms whether a user has a mailbox but cannot report storage figures. Microsoft refreshes this report once per day, so figures may be up to 24 hours old.

FAQ

Common questions

Does Pashdi store our company data?

No. Pashdi connects directly to your Azure AD tenant using your own App Registration credentials. User data, actions, and logs stay within your infrastructure. We never store or transmit your directory data to external servers.

What Microsoft 365 licenses do our users need?

Any Microsoft 365 license that includes Azure Active Directory is sufficient. This covers Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, and all Enterprise plans. Pashdi uses standard Microsoft Graph API — no additional licensing required.

Can we control which users can access the bot?

Yes. Access is controlled entirely through Azure AD group membership. Add or remove users from your designated Bot Users group in Azure AD and their access updates immediately — no changes needed in Pashdi.

What happens if a user tries an action they are not allowed to do?

The bot politely declines and explains why the action is not available to them. No technical details are exposed. The attempt is logged in your audit trail so admins have full visibility.

Is Pashdi available in languages other than English?

Yes. The bot responds in the same language the user writes in. Hebrew and English are fully supported out of the box. Additional languages can be configured based on your team's needs.

How long does setup take?

Most companies are fully set up in under 10 minutes. You need an Azure AD App Registration (5 minutes), your admin signs in to Pashdi, configures policies, and your team can start using the bot immediately.
