Acceptance

By signing in to Pashdi and using our service, you agree to these terms. If you are signing in on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of service

Pashdi is an AI-powered IT support bot that integrates with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. The service allows authorized users to perform IT actions such as account management, password resets, and directory queries through a natural language interface.

Free trial

New organizations receive a 1-month free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription via Microsoft AppSource.

Acceptable use

You may only use Pashdi for lawful IT administration purposes within your organization. You must not use the service to access data of individuals without authorization, perform actions that violate your organization's policies, or attempt to circumvent the access controls configured in the policy dashboard.

Administrator responsibility

The organization administrator is responsible for configuring appropriate access policies, maintaining the Azure AD group membership that controls bot access, and ensuring that the service is used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

Pashdi is provided "as is". We are not liable for any IT actions performed through the service, including unintended consequences of password resets, account changes, or group membership modifications. Administrators are responsible for configuring appropriate policies before deploying the service to end users.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Microsoft AppSource. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
