How to add or remove users
⚠ SECURITY — REVIEW REQUIRED
By default, any user in your Microsoft 365 tenant can sign in to Pashdi. Microsoft best practice is to restrict access to a security group. This is strongly recommended for production use.
How to restrict access to a security group (recommended):
1. Go to Azure Portal → Enterprise Applications
2. Open Pashdi Bot WebUIProperties → set Assignment required to YesSave
3. Open Users and groupsAdd user/group → assign your security group (e.g. "Pashdi Users")

Until you complete these steps, any signed-in tenant user can use the bot.

About the user list above: shows users who have signed in to Pashdi at least once. New users appear automatically on first SSO. Note: an empty list does not mean "nobody has access" — it means "nobody has signed in yet". Use the Azure steps above to control who can sign in.

Re-sync permissions
Required when Pashdi adds new capabilities — updates your Microsoft consent

When Pashdi releases new IT actions (such as email diagnostics, device management, or security features), your Microsoft admin consent must be updated to grant the new permissions. Click below to re-approve — you will be redirected to Microsoft and back.

Re-approve permissions with Microsoft

Only a Microsoft Global Administrator can approve. This will not affect your existing configuration.
